Do you ship to my state?
Yes - we ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered in 7-12 business days after that. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
My tracking has not updated. Is something wrong?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first scan. If nothing updates for 10 business days, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email ilyaskk11@gmail.com with your order number. After that, the order is in processing and will need to be handled as a return.
I ordered two items but only one arrived.
Multi-item orders sometimes ship in separate packages so nothing waits on anything else. Check your email for a second tracking number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange on unused items in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free, no return needed - just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
We approve refunds within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your bank usually posts it within 5-10 business days.

Are the fitness products suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every product in the Home Gym range is designed for low-impact, scalable training. If you have an injury or medical condition, check with your doctor before starting a new routine.
Is there a warranty?
All products are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery.
