Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days after processing. Most orders arrive sooner, but please allow the full window before contacting us. During peak periods (Black Friday through New Year) delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Use the Track Your Order page or the link in your shipping email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Multiple items

If you order more than one product, items may ship separately so nothing waits on anything else. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

Address changes

Email us at ilyaskk11@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or 20 business days have passed since shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
